These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern the use of the website https://www.humans.team (the "Site") and associated services offered by MyNewMe LLC (hereinafter "we", "our", or "the Company"). 

 MyNewMe LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States. Registered office: 412 W 7th Street, Suite 214, Clovis, NM 88101, USA – EIN: 98‑1715170 

By using our Site, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site. 

 2. Our Mission 
Humans.team offers users a different kind of business that invests its profits in human‑focused services. These services are crowdfunded, then developed and offered free of charge to every human. Each time an online transaction occurs, the commission is reinvested in developing free services. 

 3. Services 

3.1 Our services include, but are not limited to: 
- Selling products and services online 
- A two‑tier affiliate system 
- Developing and providing free human‑centric services 
 3.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, without notice. 

 4. Registration and User Account

4.1 To access certain services, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated. 
4.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe the information provided is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. 

5. Affiliate Program

5.1 We offer a two‑tier affiliate program: 
- Tier 1: 25% of the profit 
-  Tier 2: 5% of the profit 
5.2 "Profit" means the amount specified next to each product. 
5.3 Commissions are payable from €50, using legal payment methods. 
5.4 We reserve the right to modify the affiliate program terms at any time, with reasonable notice. 

 6. Use of the Site 

6.1 You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. 
6.2 You may not use our Site to promote or link to illegal sites, pornographic content, political sites, or any other content we deem inappropriate. 
6.3 We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Site and take action if we believe your use violates these T&Cs. 

 7. Intellectual Property 

7.1 All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of MyNewMe LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. 
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, perform, publish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Site without express written permission from MyNewMe LLC. 

 8. Privacy and Data Protection 

8.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these T&Cs. 
8.2 By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. 
8.3 We use only essential cookies for non-member visitors. 
8.4 When a member unsubscribes, their data is anonymized. 

 9. Limitation of Liability 

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyNewMe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses arising from: 
- (a) your use or inability to use our Site; 
- (b) third-party behavior or content; 
- (c) content obtained from the Site; or 
- (d) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or content. 
9.2 Our total liability for any claim under these T&Cs is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use our Site. 

10. Changes to the T&Cs 
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Site. 
10.2 Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance. 
10.3 Significant changes will be communicated by email or on your next visit. You are responsible for reviewing these T&Cs regularly. 

 11. Termination 

11.1 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features on the Site. 
11.2 We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, including if we believe you have violated the T&Cs. 

 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

12.1 These T&Cs are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. 
12.2 Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of New Mexico, USA. 
12.3 We will comply with applicable laws in jurisdictions where our users reside, including the GDPR for users in the EU. 

13. Dispute Resolution 

13.1 In case of a dispute, we will attempt amicable resolution. 
13.2 If that fails, we offer free mediation through our website. 

14. Miscellaneous 

14.1 If any provision of these T&Cs is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. 
14.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. 
14.3 These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between you and MyNewMe LLC regarding your use of the Site, replacing all prior agreements.

11. Résiliation

11.1 Vous êtes libre de résilier votre compte à tout moment, pour quelque raison que ce soit, en nous contactant ou en utilisant les fonctionnalités de suppression de compte disponibles sur le Site.
11.2 Nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre ou de résilier votre accès à tout ou partie de notre Site, à tout moment, sans préavis, pour toute raison, y compris, sans limitation, si nous pensons que vous avez violé ces CGU.

12. Loi Applicable et Juridiction

12.1 Ces CGU sont régies et interprétées conformément aux lois des États-Unis, sans égard aux principes de conflits de lois.
12.2 Tout litige découlant de ou lié à ces CGU sera soumis à la juridiction exclusive des tribunaux compétents de l'État du Nouveau-Mexique, États-Unis.
12.3 Nonobstant ce qui précède, nous nous conformerons aux lois applicables dans les juridictions où nos utilisateurs sont situés, y compris le Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD) pour les utilisateurs situés dans l'Union Européenne.

13. Résolution des Litiges

13.1 En cas de litige, nous nous efforcerons de le résoudre à l'amiable.
13.2 Si une résolution à l'amiable n'est pas possible, nous proposons un service de médiation gratuit sur notre Site.

14. Dispositions Diverses

14.1 Si une disposition de ces CGU est jugée invalide ou inapplicable, cette disposition sera limitée ou éliminée dans la mesure minimale nécessaire, et les dispositions restantes de ces CGU resteront en vigueur et de plein effet.
14.2 Notre manquement à faire valoir un droit ou une disposition de ces CGU ne constituera pas une renonciation à ce droit ou à cette disposition.
14.3 Ces CGU constituent l'intégralité de l'accord entre vous et MyNewMe LLC concernant votre utilisation du Site, et remplacent tous les accords antérieurs entre vous et MyNewMe LLC concernant le Site.
