About the Humans.team initiative
To change the world peacefully, without destroying anything, without changing anyone, without accusing, without fighting.
This has become my mission after fifteen years of personal development.
At first, my feelings were very different: anger, resentment, frustration. The solutions I considered then involved criticism, boycott, or confrontation.
But these fifteen years have allowed me to understand one essential thing: to live happily, it is not necessary to change the outside world. It is enough to take care of oneself, to choose an environment that allows for healthy and respectful development.
I felt this environment was missing in the world as it is built today. So I decided to create it. This is how Humans.team was born.
A space based on freedom and respect
Humans.team is a space where every human being is free to seek their own happiness.
Free to experiment, to create, to undertake, as long as it does not harm others.
This space is based on a fundamental value: respect for everyone.
I believe that we all have different visions of what an ideal world is, and that we all have the right to pursue what makes us happy.
Humans.team doesn't impose anything. It offers a framework where individual freedom is recognized and protected.
A new approach to economic exchange
Trained as an analyst-programmer, I designed Humans.team as a project aimed at transforming the intention behind every commercial act.
Today, in the classical economic world, the circulation of money takes place without any real attention paid to its human consequences.
No one is really asking who benefits from this transaction, or what the mindset is.
With Humans.team, I wanted to introduce a new intention: that each exchange between members benefits, directly or indirectly, the well-being of all.
For a product or service to exist, a human being must create it.
He then offers it for sale, possibly supported by a seller or an affiliate.
The customer buys it.
In this diagram, we have chosen to make the distribution of generated revenue visible and positive. Each stakeholder is involved in a respectful and constructive dynamic.
Transparent operation
Humans.team is a collaborative marketplace.
Members can connect their existing e-commerce stores (WordPress, PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) to the Humans.team marketplace with one click.
Each transaction follows a clear distribution pattern:
- 25% of the profit goes to the level 1 affiliate.
- 5% goes to his sponsor.
- 60% is allocated to Humans.team funds, intended to finance IT developments and projects proposed by members.
- 10% is reserved for the best seller competition, to encourage initiative and community involvement.
The entire system is designed to ensure that every dollar circulating in the Humans.team ecosystem contributes to building a more humane, more respectful, more sustainable environment.
